These website policies are intended to explain the general terms that apply when you use the OPTIMEM TECHNO LLC website or purchase services from us. Specific project proposals, statements of work, invoices or written agreements may contain additional terms and will control for that project if there is a conflict.
1. Before work begins
If you request cancellation before OPTIMEM TECHNO LLC has begun scheduled work or incurred project-specific costs, we will review the payment for refund eligibility under the applicable proposal, invoice or agreement.
2. After work has started
Once strategy, design, development, content, campaign setup, research, consulting or other billable work has started, amounts attributable to completed work, reserved time and non-refundable third-party costs are generally not refundable. If a partial refund is appropriate, it will be calculated after accounting for work already performed and commitments already incurred.
3. Recurring services
For recurring services such as SEO, Google Ads management, email marketing or content programs, cancellation ordinarily applies to future service periods rather than work already completed in the current billing period, unless the applicable agreement states otherwise.
4. Third-party charges
Advertising spend, domains, hosting, software subscriptions, app-store charges, licenses, stock assets and other third-party fees are subject to the vendor’s rules and may be non-refundable once purchased or committed.
5. Client delays or change of mind
A delay in providing content, approvals, credentials or feedback does not automatically create a right to a refund for work already completed or time already reserved. If project requirements change, we will work with you to adjust scope where reasonably possible.
6. Requesting a review
To request cancellation or a refund review, contact us promptly and provide your name, company, invoice or project reference and reason for the request. Call +1 225-501-7760 or use the contact page.
7. Project-specific terms
A signed proposal, statement of work, invoice terms or other written agreement may contain project-specific cancellation or refund terms. If those terms conflict with this general website policy, the project-specific agreement controls.
8. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights or remedies that apply under law.
